1. Information the App Uses
GigMate PRO may use information that you enter into the app, such as song titles, notes, chords, set/performance information and other content you choose to save. This content is used to provide the app's functions and is stored on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
2. Microphone and Audio
The app may request access to your device microphone for musician features such as audio recording and tuning-related functions. Microphone access is used only when a feature that needs it is active. Audio recordings created in the app are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, share or back them up.
3. Files, Backups and Storage
GigMate PRO may create local app files and backup files when you use backup, restore, import or export features. These files remain under your control. The app does not automatically upload your backups to a developer-operated server.
4. Web Searches and External Services
Some features may open your web browser or an external website, for example when you choose to search the web for song-related information. Once you leave GigMate PRO, the privacy practices and terms of the external website or service apply. GigMate PRO does not control those third-party services.
5. Personal Data Collection
GigMate PRO does not require user registration and does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, passwords, or other account credentials through a developer-operated backend.
6. Advertising and Analytics
The current version of GigMate PRO does not include developer-operated advertising or analytics services. If this changes in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety information will be updated accordingly before or with that release.
7. Data Sharing
The developer does not sell personal data collected through GigMate PRO. Content is shared with another app or service only when you intentionally use an Android sharing, export or external-link function, or when required by law.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, uninstall the app, or otherwise remove the relevant files. Exported or shared copies may remain wherever you chose to save or send them.
9. Children's Privacy
GigMate PRO is a general-purpose musician utility and is not specifically directed to children. The app does not knowingly operate a system intended to collect personal information from children.
10. Security
Reasonable efforts are made to keep app functionality limited to the permissions and data needed for its features. No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should protect their devices and backup files appropriately.
11. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app's features, permissions or third-party services change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
